Monday Maintenance

Hey groovy friends! Today was definitely a very Monday kind of Monday. I like to use Mondays to ease in to the week so tonight was an hour of hands maintenance. Nothing too fast, but I like to put a blanket over the drum pad to decrease some of the rebound and just work thru some single strokes and double strokes.

Working slowly and focusing on technique is a great way to get things going for the week. Plans tomorrow to get down to the studio for some drum set work and spend some time behind the marimba. Looking forward to a productive week! 🥁
